Can we relabel “Discussion” per model?

We use the same thread on products and on blog posts, and we would like it to say "Reviews" on one and "Discussion" on the other. Is that possible without forking the views?

Comments not appearing after upgrade to 3.9

After upgrading from 3.8 to 3.9 our comments stopped rendering on article pages. No errors in the log. The thread heading shows `Discussion (0)` even though the table has 1,240 rows for that article. We are on PHP 8.3, Laravel 12, and we published the Blade views a while back.
